The Library is the place to go for news! The North Miami Beach Public Library subscribes to a large selection of magazines and newspapers so you don’t have to. Read up on news from around the world, keep current with what's happening in your local community, or just catch up on the most interesting articles of the past few months, all for free with your library card.
Libby doesn't just handle eBooks - it's got all your popular magazines, too! Whether you never miss an issue of Vanity Fair or can't wait to see what's new with Car & Driver this month, Libby has issues going back years for all your favorite magazines (and not only in English, either!).
NewsBank is a database containing hundreds of newspapers - everything from your local favorites to national and even global periodicals, complete with archives. Search for articles, or try one of the curated topics to browse. If it's news, it's in Newsbank!
Love to read your Miami Herald every morning? You can online with the Library! We maintain a subscription to the Miami Herald Collection so that you can read current articles, look up old news items all the way back to the 1980s, or even catch up on the Herald's blogs and videos.
Love the feeling of newsprint in your hands, or need to see the full-color pages of the latest fashion trends? The Library also collects physical magazines and newspapers! Come on in and visit our News Stand to read local newspapers and popular magazines any time.
