The North Miami Beach Public Library is proud to participate in the Career Online High School (COHS) program for qualified adult students ages 19 and older. Through the COHS program, eligible students have the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and career certificate online.
If you are interested in being considered for enrollment in the Career Online High School program, please refer to the links below. A limited number of scholarships are available to assist Library community members in attending.
Please Note: The Library is currently accepting submissions for students to receive scholarships to attend the program. The Library has a limited number of these scholarships and cannot guarantee one for each student. Please reach out to the Library for more information.
First, follow this link to browse the list of career course offerings available and choose a career focus for the program.
Then, complete the online self-assessment, which will indicate whether you meet the basic requirements for the program and are ready for the next step.
Finally, enroll in the Career Online High School two-week prerequisite course, which you must complete within two weeks with a score of 70% or higher.
Upon successful completion of the prerequisite course, you will be contacted by the Program Manager to schedule an interview within 5 days and discuss your application for a scholarship award.
