Printing, Scanning & Faxing

The North Miami Beach Public Library is delighted to offer low-cost printing, scanning, copying, and faxing services to our patrons, whether they're working on the next entrepreneurial smash-hit or finishing up a homework project. Library printing services are offered on-site and are available to any patron on request.

Please note that the Library copy machine only accepts coins and single bills, and cannot be used with a credit card. The Library is glad to offer printing, scanning, and faxing services that can be paid with credit card; Library printing services place a $5 hold on your card, and any unused amount is typically refunded to the card within a day or two, depending upon the card issuer and/or bank.

Copy & Print Services

The Library offers low-cost copy and print services in the building, and can print in either black-and-white or color. Patrons are welcome to print from USB or email, or to use one of our computers with their Library card.

Black and White Copy/Print: 15¢ per page

Color Print: 50¢ per page

Please note that while Library computers and mobile printing are able to print pages in color, the Library's on-site copy machine can only make copies in black and white. If you need to make color copies, please see a Library staff member to ask about scanning and printing to see if a workaround is available.

Scan & Fax Services

Need to submit something in a hurry, or looking to digitize some important paperwork? The Library also offers low-cost faxing and scanning services!

Scanning to an Email Address: 5¢ per page

Faxing to a Phone Number: 50¢ per page

The Library does not generally scan to other destinations, such as USB or external hard drives, phone memory cards, or other plug-in alternatives; however, Library staff will be glad to answer questions about your scanning process and work with you to find an alternative method of getting your document to its final destination.

Patrons who are not able to use Mobility Print can also print by emailing their documents directly to the Library printer. To do so, send an email with your document as an attachment to the following:
