The Friends of the Library is a nonprofit organization that works tirelessly to support the North Miami Beach Public Library by providing funding for programs and giveaways, organizing community events, and supporting the Library through local government.
Through advocacy, engagement and support, the Friends of the Library contributes to the many educational and cultural opportunities offered within the City of North Miami Beach. Members and volunteers are devoted to help fund and enrich library programs for the betterment of the community.

The Friends host the Book Sale at the North Miami Beach Public Library, where you can get hardbacks for 50 cents and paperbacks for a quarter! Books, CDs, and DVDs for sale change frequently, so stop on by to browse to your heart's content!
